Jimmy scott is an American jazz vocalist born 1925 in Cleveland,aka “Little” Jimmy Scott.He has Kallmann's syndrome which stopped his physical growth,like leaving him with 3 feet high,and purely undeveloped voice , therefore his nick name is “Little Jimmy”
